Redesigning a job around AI changes which steps get automated and what the person in the role spends their day on. It leaves alone who makes the decisions, who's accountable when something goes wrong, and whether people are rewarded for what the new process needs.
If those were shaky before, the redesigned role inherits them. The work speeds up and so do the problems: decisions still queue for one person, and the new process starts bending back towards the old one. The funding has paid for a process people work around.

What JR+ covers
Job Redesign+ is part of Singapore's SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant. It helps companies redesign jobs, build the in-house capability to keep the new design working, and bring in workforce technology alongside the redesign. What your company is eligible for, and how much of the cost is co-funded, depends on the company and the project.
