We will likewise use our best endeavours to resolve your concerns in good faith. If no amicable resolution is reached within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
9. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is rendered void, illegal, or unenforceable by any applicable legislation, it shall be modified so as to give effect to its intention, or where such modification is not possible, that provision shall be rendered void to that extent only without affecting the enforceability of the remainder of these Terms.
The failure or delay of Growth Vectors at any time to enforce any of its rights under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not affect Growth Vectors' rights to enforce the same at a later time.
A person who is not a party to this agreement shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of its terms.
