How we engage

The audit is a structured engagement with fixed price and fixed scope, not a questionnaire. It involves direct interviews with your leadership team and a review of how your organisation actually operates, not just how it's documented.

It begins with an onboarding session to align on scope and priorities, and ends with a findings presentation and written report. Downstream work is scoped and priced separately, based on audit findings.
